Kamagra (Generic Viagra) is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), sometimes referred to as impotence. Some people take it simply to enhance their sexual performance.

If you take any medicines that have nitrates in them (like nitroglycerin for chest pain) -- every day or even once in a while -- you should NOT take Kamagra.

Discuss your general health status with your doctor or pharmacist to ensure that you are healthy enough to engage in sexual activity. If you experience chest pain, nausea, or any other discomforts during sex, seek immediate medical help.

The most common side effects of Kamagra are headache, facial flushing, and/or upset stomach. Less commonly, you mat suffer bluish vision, blurred vision, or brief epsiodes of sensitivity to light.

In rare instances, men taking PDE5 inhibitors (oral erectile dysfunction medicines, including Kamagra) reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision. It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to these medicines or to other factors. If you experience sudden decrease or loss of vision, stop taking PDE5 inhibitors, including Kamagra, and call a doctor right away.

Although erections lasting for more than 4 hours may occur rarely with all ED treatments in this drug class, to avoid long-term injuries, it is important to seek immediate medical help.

If you are older than age 65, or have serious liver or kidney problems, your doctor may start you at the lowest dose (25 mg) of Sildenafil Citrate. If you are taking protease inhibitors, such as for the treatment of HIV, your doctor may recommend a 25-mg dose and may limit you to a maximum single dose of 25 mg of Kamgra in a 48-hour period.

If you have prostate problems or high blood pressure for which you take medicines called alpha-blockers, your doctor may start you on a lower dose of Kamgra.

Remember to protect yourself and your partner from sexually transmitted diseases.

If you are in any doubt whatsoever, please consult your doctor or pharmacist. As we are not a UK registered pharmacy we cannot offer medical advice.

kamagra News

If you wish to enhance your life with better sex, Kamagra could be for you. It is now a household name and users rave about the competency of the drug.

Today Kamagra is the most popular drug to treat male impotence. But is it only a drug prescribed for men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction? NO! Although this is its primary purpose, Kamagra has many more functions.

Kamagra acts as a friend, guide and a companion to men who simply don’t want to disappoint their partners. Thus, Kamagra not only improves a marriage, but adds spice.

Furthermore, men who suffer periods of psychological imbalance, perhapsrelated to work pressure, stress, anxiety or depression may al;so benefit from Kamgra. Both partners can be affected, leading to marital probelms. Kamagra can help end such misery.

Kamagra Misuse

• Mr. Blue (Now Mr Green) is the slang term used for Kamagra
• Many healthy young men also rely on Kamagra for that edge
• Performance anxiety, and no spark in marriage are common complaints
• Party goers recommend Kamagra to overcome the effects of alcohol
• Condoms for safe sex can diminish sensation, but Kamagra can help with added desire

The way to a healthy and happy life

Kamagra can be the added ingredient which paves the way for a happy and healthy life and relationship. Kamagra can only act as a buddy to facilitate your sexual performance and/or confidence.

Health issues

ED can result from Diabetes, high blood pressure, clogged arteries, hormonal imbalance, or medications (like antidepressants). For about 66% of men with ED, psychological issues may be contributing to the problem.

It’s important to realize that many of these causes have nothing to do with age! If you are experiencing problems with ED, it doesn’t mean you’re getting “old” – think of it as your body signaling for a change!

For many of the causes of ED, managing the underlying illness or problem will be enough to improve sexual function. In some cases, however, Kamagra can help with sexual activity.

Kamagra works on some of the muscles in the penis which control blood flow (when we are teenagers, the control over these muscles is not always perfect, which is why erections could sometimes pop up at inconvenient moments). Kamagra encourages these muscles to let more blood flow into the penis when the time is right. The effect can last up to four hours, so taking Kamagra the day that you would like to have sex will ensure that it can work effectively for you. Don’t worry that it will cause you to have an erection before you are ready for one; it only works in conjunction with sexual stimulation.

Kamagra does NOT increase sex drive

While Kamagra assists erections, it is not an aphrodisiac! In other words, it helps with the mechanics but not actual sex drive. If you don’t feel like having sex, the drug isn’t going to change your mind! Many men, however, do find that as they feel more confident about their ability to gain and maintain an erection they feel happier about physical intimacy.

Is Kamagra for you?

Because Kamagra is a very potent drug, your physician will ask you lots of questions before pulling out his prescription pad. Because Kamagra affects your blood flow, if you have significant heart problems, a history of strokes, or untreated diabetes or high blood pressure, Kamagra may not be suitable for you.

Many drugs that affect your heart and circulation can interact in very harmful ways with Kamagra, so make sure to take a list of all the drugs you’re taking with you when you visit the doctor. Lastly, if you use recreational drugs, do yourself a favor and speak frankly with your doctor – he’ll keep it confidential – because some of these drugs (including “poppers” or amyl nitrate) can be a fatal mix with Kamagra.

If you’ve been experiencing ED you’re ready to take the next step –see your doctor to find out if Kamagra is right for you!

What is Kamagra?

Kamagra (generic name Sildenafil Citrate) is a medication used to treat men who have trouble obtaining or maintaing erections -- conditions sometimes called erectile dysfunction or impotence. The Food and Drug Administration approved Kamagra for erectile dysfunction, but not to prolong erections. Kamagra will not help delay ejaculation. Kamagra improves the ability to have erections in about 80 percent of the men when sexually aroused.

Kamagra has also produced positive results to alleviate

Jet lag

Kamagra may speed up recovery from jet lag, according to research at the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes in Buenos Aires. The brain's master clock controls the sleep-wake cycle by releasing hormones and neurotransmitters that regulate a wide range of functions. It's thought that an enzyme called cGMP plays a role in the regulation of the clock; Kamagra boosts its effects by inhibiting its breakdown by another enzyme, PDE5. The researchers found that animals injected with the drug adapted faster to light changes, suggesting that Kamagra can speed up the body's ability to adjust to jet lag.

Erectile dysfunction

Now approved by regulatory authorities in more than 20 countries, Kamagra was the first effective oral therapy available to men with erectile dysfunction. Until its release, the mainstays of therapy were injections and vacuum erection devices. In men with the condition, the nerves or blood vessels that play a part in the erection process don't work properly. The drug works by increasing the blood flow to the penis. According to a report from Auburn University in Alabama, the drug can combat impotence resulting from a wide range of causes, including side effects from other drugs, psychological problems, ageing, and diseases like type-2 Diabetes, Parkinson's Disease, Depression and Kidney Failure.

Stroke victims

More than 80 stroke patients are being given Kamagra in a trial starting this month in Detroit. Doctors believe that if given within three days of a stroke, the drug could help both men and women regain and improve movement, speech and thinking via its effect on the molecule cGMP, which is thought to create new cells in the brain. The trial follows successful work with animals and a small number of patients. "What we found is that we can use Kamagra to create new brain cells," said Dr Michael Chopp, scientific director of the Neuroscience Institute at the hospital. "When animals with stroke are treated with Kamagra, the drug provides very significant neurological functional benefit. They do much better."

Underweight babies

Doctors have been using Kamagra in a trial with pregnant women as a therapy for intrauterine growth restriction, in which the fetus is smaller than expected for the number of weeks of the pregnancy. The condition is estimated to affect around 5 per cent of births in the UK. It's thought that the drug increases blood supply to the womb and placenta so that more nutrients and oxygen get through to the fetus, which can then carry on growing in the womb and is not born as prematurely as it might otherwise have been. Kamagra works in this case by acting on an enzyme called PDE-5, which allows blood vessels to expand and increases blood flow to the baby. In Israel, a trial is underway where pregnant women will be given 25mg of Kamagra. If doing so allows the babies to spend just a few more days in the womb, this could make a big difference to the child's long-term health.

Multiple sclerosis

Estimated to affect more than 85,000 people in the UK – twice as many women as men – MS is the most common disabling disease of the central nervous system in young adults. MS is thought to be caused when the immune system attacks the sheaths that protect our nerves. The damage caused disrupts the way that messages are carried to and from the brain, interfering with a wide range of body functions.

An Auburn University report suggested that Kamagra may protect against some degeneration: "It has been shown to protect multiple sclerosis patients from neurodegeneration through increased grey matter perfusion in the brain," the researchers said.

Memory and learning

A number of studies have suggested that Kamagra can boost memory and learning skills. Just how it does so, however, it not clear. One theory is that it triggers increased blood flow and improved glucose processing in the brain; another is that levels of cGMP, which Kamagra increases, have to be kept high for peak learning ability. Production of cGMP decreases with age and may contribute to age-related memory decline, according to Auburn University researchers: " Kamagra offers a new strategy for memory improvement and a novel therapy for Alzheimer's disease in the future," they say.

Marriage consummation

Doctors at Cairo University Hospital have successfully used Kamagra to tackle the tricky problem of unconsummated marriages. Of the 35 patients in one study, 32 were able to overcome their marital problems after taking Kamagra. In all, 23 patients needed the drug for less than a month, five for up to three months, and four for longer than that. "The aim was to evaluate the effectiveness of short-term use in the management of unconsummated marriages diagnosed to be mainly psychogenic in origin," said the researchers. " Kamagra is effective as a short-term treatment option in the management of unconsummated marriages."

Raynaud's phenomenon

A common, painful condition, caused by an interruption of blood flow to the fingers or other extremities, in severe cases Raynaud's phenomenon can lead to gangrene. A number of trials have shown that Kamagra can be highly effective in treating it, for both men and women. One trial showed a halving of symptoms; in another, the symptoms of some patients disappeared altogether. "I have successfully treated 10 patients with Raynaud's phenomenon, using Kamagra," said Dr Jack Lichtenstein, who carried out his study in Maryland. "In all patients, the results ranged from an excellent response to complete relief of symptoms." It is thought that Kamagra works here by increasing blood flow and returning circulation to the affected areas.

Heart failure

Research in Italy suggested that Kamagra improves the ability of patients with heart failure to exercise. The drug increased oxygen uptake, reduced pressure in the arteries, and improved the working of the lungs, said the Milan University researchers. Again, it's thought that the drugs does so by increasing levels of nitric oxide.

Wilting flowers

When researchers at Bar-Ilan University in Israel put cut flowers in a weak solution of Kamagra – one-fiftieth the amount taken by men for impotence – the flowers survived for two weeks instead of one. They suspect the Kamagra works through its effects on nitric oxide, which is also how the drug treats erectile dysfunction.

Pain

"Kamagra has been shown to have immense potential for the treatment of pain in animals and humans," said pharmacologists at Auburn University.

Diabetes

Research on 40 men at the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social in Mexico showed that Kamagra lowered levels of compounds associated with heart disease in patients with type-2 diabetes. The drug also improved glucose control.

How does it work?

The arteries that feed the spongy tissue in the penis dilate when they receive signals from the brain. The signal is carried by nitric oxide in the blood. It switches on the enzyme which makes a molecule known as cGMP (cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate). This triggers smooth muscle in the artery wall to relax and so the blood vessel dilates . However, the cGMP is broken down by another enzyme known as PDE (Phosphodiesterase) causing the arteries to narrow again - ending the erection. Kamagra inhibits the PDE and stops it from breaking down the cGMP. In this way, the natural erection is maintained. It doesn't last forever -- only as long as the natural stimulation remains, in fact.

Dosage

For men Up to 65 Years of Age, 50mg of Kamagra is generally prescribed, to be taken once a day, between 30 minutes and 4 hours prior to intercourse. In situations where 50mg isn't effective, your doctor may prescribe 100mg to be taken once daily 30 minutes to 4 hours before intercourse.

For Men Older than 65 Years of Age – Kamagra 25mg is prescribed to be taken 30 minutes to 4 hours before intercourse. In some circumstances, men older then 65 may have their doses increased.

Side effects of Kamagra

Patients need to be aware of several knwon side effects of Kamagra. The first problem comes because Kamagra happens to have a spillover effect. It blocks PDE5, but it also has an effect on PDE6. It turns out that PDE6 is used in the cone cells in the retina, so Kamagra can have an effect on color vision. Many people who take Kamagra notice a change in the way they perceive green and blue colors, or they see the world with a bluish tinge for several hours. For this reason, pilots cannot take Kamagra within 12 hours of a flight.

The second problem arises (If you'll pardon the pun) for people who are take drugs like nitroglycerin for angina. Nitroglycerin works by increasing nitric oxide, and it helps with angina by opening up the arteries that supply the heart with oxygen. If you take nitroglycerin and Kamagra together, the increased nitric oxide plus the blocking of PDE5 can lead to problems. Other problems with Kamagra can include little things like headaches (the drug, as a side effect in some men, opens up arteries in the brain's lining and causes excess pressure) and big things like heart attacks. The possibility of heart attacks is one reason why Kamagra is a prescription drug rather than an over-the-counter drug like aspirin. A doctor needs to understand your medical history and make sure that Kamagra won't cause a heart attack. Occasional patients who take Kamagra get painful, long-lasting erections and have to see a doctor to solve the problem.

Finally, there is some concern that some men, especially younger men who take Kamagra recreationally and who don't really need it for physical reasons, may end up with a dependency on the drug. That is, they may become unable to maintain an erection without taking Kamagra.

Precautionary measures

There are many precautions which should be taken. For example, among the conditions you should let your healthcare provider know about before you take Kamagra are leukemia, sickle cell anemia, high blood pressure, and liver disease or liver failure. Also, Kamagra can interact with certain other medications (such as alpha blockers).

STDs -- Sexually transmitted diseases

Kamagra does not provide any protection against sexually transmitted diseases. Be sure to talk with your healthcare provider about any Kamagra precautions and warnings that may apply to you.
