ALL PACKAGES ARE DISPATCHED IN SECURE AND NONDESCRIPT PACKAGING We uses trackable services; we cannot dispatch items without a signature being required at some stage. This is due to the nature of our products. We need to take every measure to ensure the order is actually received by the customer or an adult in the same household authorised to sign for the customers goods. Proof of ID If you have placed an order and we have been unable to validate your address against your card statement, we reserve the right to request ID. Returns, Damaged & Lost packages If you have not received your package, firstly check your e-mail to ensure we have been able to charge your card. Many customers simply ignore the transaction failed e-mails our system generates if your card cannot be authorised. If we have charged your card, check the order date to ensure it is not within 7 working days of the order being processed just in case of postal delays. Also, check the tracking info we have emailed you in case the Post Office have left a 'while you were out' card. In this case you will need to contact or visit your local sorting office, and please do so asap to avoid packages being returned to us. If the contents of your package have arrived but are damaged or there is a shortage, please complete the form on the 'contact us' page explaining what has happened. We will replace the goods or refund your card as you prefer in most cases. Please note If you have tried the product but are not happy we will uphold the guarantee and refund you.
