Returns, Damaged & Lost packages
In the first instance please check the tracking info which we email you the same day
If you have not received your package, then again, check your e-mail to ensure we have been able to charge your card. Many customers simply ignore the transaction failed e-mails our system generates if your card cannot be authorized.
If this has been received and we have charged your card, check the order date to ensure it is not within 7 days of the order being processed. If it is not, please complete the form on the contact us page to inform us of the lost package. We will then check the tracking information and issue a replacement if the order has not been signed for.
If the contents of your package have arrived but are damaged, please complete the form on the contact us page explaining what has happened. We will need you to return the original package for inspection. Upon its receipt, we will immediately dispatch a replacement order. Please do not bin damaged packages, because if the original product is not returned, we will not be able to issue a replacement order. Moneyback Guarantee If you require a refund under our moneyback guarantee scheme, you will again need to return the unused products to us. Upon their receipt, we will promptly refund your card.
if you have tried the product but are not happy we will uphold the guarantee and refund you. If you have consumed more than one tablet of the product, we reserve the right NOT to honour the guarantee!
